there is one oint which was rained, but which it was greed should be sude a subject of an exchange of swtes. this is the question of the official reco mition of the Cordssioner and his precedence in the Colony. I see no objection to much rocognition, and as prepared to give hi precedence after lage I officers of the Civil Service. expreased the opinion that this was reasonable.
